The effects of copper addition on phase composition in (CrFeCo)1-yNy multicomponent thin films

چکیده

The Cantor alloy CrFeCoMnNi is generally fcc structured, but moderate changes in the composition can have a large influence on phase formation. aim of this study was to understand brought low-nitrogen-containing (CrFeCo)1-yNy thin films with y = 0.19 addition copper, an interesting metal terms atomic size and nitride formation enthalpy. (CrFeCoCux)1-yNy were grown by reactive magnetron sputtering. amount copper increased from x 0 0.15 competitive Without Cu, two-phase + bcc obtained. Cu found stabilize structure despite fact that as pure fcc. Nanoindentation tests showed slight increase hardness initial 11 GPa 13.7 ± 0.2 GPa. occurrence pile up opposed cracking indication film’s ductility.

the effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends

flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...

Annealing temperature effect on nanostructure and phase transition of Copper Oxide thin films

This paper addresses the annealing temperature effect on nanostructure and phase transition of copper oxide thin films, deposited by PVD method on glass substrate (at 110 nm thickness) and post annealed at different temperatures (200-400°C) with a flow of 1 cm3s-1 Oxygen. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) was employed for crystallographic and phase analyses, while atomic force m...

Interdiffusion in Composition Modulated Copper-nickel Thin Films

Interdiffusivities were measured in vapor-deposited Cu-Ni foils containing [ I l l ] composition modulations with wavelengths between 0.8 and 5 nm. The interdiffusivities in the range of 375-450 O C , measured from the decay rate of X-ray diffraction satellite intensities, were in good agreement with an extrapolation of existing high temperature data obtained with conventional diffusion specime...
